This was my first time buying from a dealership and I went in very hesitant after hearing about the tactics that dealerships use on their customers. I had nothing to fear however, since Markus was very friendly and forthcoming on any and all questions I asked of him. I used TrueCar to get a price before I ever came to the dealership and Markus honored it without question. I got there, went on a test drive, filled out some paperwork, and I was done. This experience was a far cry from the 6 hour ordeals of negotiating and doing the pretend walk out that I have heard of from my parents. Again, I would recommend this dealership and Markus wholeheartedly along with TrueCar. All 3 of these factors came together to give me a hassle-free car buying experience where I feel that all parties came out feeling positive. More

New 2016 Mazda CX-5! Bottom Line Up Front: We purchased a brand new 2016 AWD CX-5 from Mark Cooper and Hennessy of Southlake-Mazda and would gladly do it again. I fi Bottom Line Up Front: We purchased a brand new 2016 AWD CX-5 from Mark Cooper and Hennessy of Southlake-Mazda and would gladly do it again. I first inquired about a Mazda through an online car buying service. My request was sent to various Mazda dealerships within a certain distance. Hennessy of Southlake - Mazda was the first to respond. Mark Cooper, a Mazda sales representative, maintained open and fluid communication with my wife and me throughout our car buying experience. Without meeting him in person, we were convinced that he was a honest and diligent sales rep who was willing to make our purchasing experience effective and efficient. We finally made it to the dealership in early April and realized the majority of the staff was very helpful (for the most part). We worked with Mark Copper and another Rep who was helpful and knowledgeable. After a test drive and the positive interaction with the Hennessy Mazda staff, we decided it was time to purchase the vehicle. We absolutely love the vehicle and its features. One other note is that after completion of the sale. Mark went above and beyond by spending extra time with us prior to our departure to ensure we were holistically familiar with our new CX-5 to include asking us "which side is your gas tank on?". I will forever remember him pointing that out. It seems minute; however, it has proven to be monumental. If he hadn't asked that, I guarantee I would have been guessing the first time I had to fill up on gas. Again, that was a small example, but in my mind, its the little things that count. Mark also continued communication with us even after the sale to ensure we were satisfied. The only downside of the whole experience was when we were finalizing the paperwork in the finance office. We had already agreed on the final price and were pre-approved for a loan through a very reputable bank. During the final step of the whole process, we had to deal with a manager from the finance office in order to sign the final documents needed to complete our purchase. This specific individual was rather stern, unfriendly, and made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. After leaving his office, when we should have felt excited about our new car, we were disenchanted. Thankfully when we returned to the Mazda building, we once again interacted with Mark Cooper. His positive and enthusiastic attitude reconciled the bitter feeling we had after leaving the finance office. Thanks to Mark, we were yet again convinced that we made the right choice with our 2016 CX-5 purchase. I like to focus on the positive which is why I give Mark Cooper and the purchase of our new Mazda five stars! The one bad experience with finance office warrants a one star rating. More

Absolutely amazing!!! When I went to get my car I called about 20 min prior to their closing time and spoke with gerren Terrell. I explained to him that I was about a half a mile away and was stuck in traffic due to a wreck. Gerren came and picked me up and brought me back to the dealership and was an amazing sales consultant. Made me feel confident in my purchase. I would recommend any one and everyone to go see him specifically to purchase their new vehicles. By the time we left it was about and hour and a half after closing time and I never once saw anything but a smile on these peoples faces. Thank you Hennessy Mazda. But specifically thank you gerren Terrell for an amazing car buying experience More
Way beyond expected customer service Today my little sister purchased her first car. Such an exciting moment and a huge staple in one's life. My sister is in the Navy, was at home on leave and really feel in love with the 2016 Mazda 3. We are from the Columbus GA area and had a 2 hour drive to get to this particular dealership. While on the way my sister encountered an accident that had traffic at a standstill. Not even a half hour before closing she called the dealership, Mr. Gerren Terrell went out of his way, picked my sister up so that they could away from the standstill traffic and in to the dealership. Mr. Terrell helped my sister find the right car, right price, and definitely went far beyond anything expected. I would recommend this dealership, specifically Gerren Terrell, to anyone that buys a car, especially if customer service matters! !! More

Best dealer experience I've had!! I was unsure and didn't know much about the process when I originally came to get the car but after my first call and meeting with Roosevelt I was con I was unsure and didn't know much about the process when I originally came to get the car but after my first call and meeting with Roosevelt I was confident as ever that he would get the deal done for me and in a way that I would be happy! Some days I seen myself talkin to Roosevelt after dealer hours and he knew everything that was going on as if he was sitting in the office! Overall a great experience!
