To start with, the first price he gave me was better than any other dealer in the Atlanta Markus is everything the modern day car salesman should be. In the end, without any real haggling, he matched the TrueCar estimate which was at the low end of the graph. We arranged to do the transaction on a Saturday morning and got started on the paperwork soon after having a cup of coffee. I imagine that's their busiest day of the week and he was very efficiently juggling his time between a few customers. I was only at the dealership for about 2 hours due to Markus having everything done in advance that he could. Tony the finance guy was also exceptionally pleasant to deal with. More

Very friendly Bernard Hill was excellent. This was my first time buying a car and he made me so comfortable that it felt normal! He answered all of my questions and Bernard Hill was excellent. Everyone is very professional and nice. However, one of the female receptionist I came across was miserable and bitter. I walked up and she just stared at me. Didn't smile, didn't say hello, nothing. I finally had to say, "he told me to come over here." and her response was, "hmm." Also, the financial guy wasn't friendly and rushed me. This is my first time doing this; I'd like to read and at least know what I'm signing. But he was snappy and short. Other than those 2 people, my experience here was outstanding and I will definitely tell everyone I know! More
