Very Happy with My Experience I came to Hennessy for the low prices. I also liked that the prices were clearly marked and included all fees. No guessing. I knew the specific vehicle I wanted, and I was paying cash with no trade-in. Dayo, my salesman, was in the front, and I was directed to him by another salesman. He was very polite, professional, and friendly. The process was very easy. I did have to complain about a dealer processing fee. Once I mentioned the fee, they were very quick to fix it. I had all of my paperwork signed and ready within 30 minutes after a quick test drive, but it was a bit of a wait before we went to financing. They served free hot dogs, beverages, and chips while we were waiting. The only attempt to up-sale was for a warranty for car repair, which I wasn't pushed on. Again, everyone was friendly. I signed a check and was handed the keys. After leaving the dealership, I took the car to another Chevrolet dealership. Everything checked out. No problems. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. I got the exact car I wanted for the price advertised. The car came clean and running well, and everyone that worked there seemed affable. The next day, I was recommending the dealership to a close friend who was looking for a similar car. Very happy with my experience. More

Pleasant Car Buying Experience I had done plenty of research online and found that this dealer had exactly the car we were looking for. Our salesman Gerren Terrell was very knowled I had done plenty of research online and found that this dealer had exactly the car we were looking for. Our salesman Gerren Terrell was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, as he owned the same make/model/trim and was able to quickly show us the features of the car on a test drive. It was a no haggle, straight forward process to agree on a price. The price beat the TrueCar price I had found online and Gerren helped find every discount available. They even matched the CarMax offer for our trade-in. There were no hard sell tactics, and no hard upsells such as extended warranty (it was offered but not pushed). The only slightly negative aspect of the buying process was after we agreed to buy the car we sat waiting for 20 minutes or so for the business manager. This was a little annoying and communication could have been a little better at this point. The business manager was new in his position and made a mistake on the paperwork, but that was quickly resolved. As we drove away in our new car we realized we didn't get the SD card for the navigation system. Gerren called on Monday morning after our purchase on Saturday, and I told him about the missing SD card. The next morning it was delivered via FedEx! All in all a pleasant car-buying experience.
