When we thought something was wrong with it a few days later, they told us to bring it back and helped us figure it out (it turned out to be fine but they even went above and beyond there, when they thought it needed repair). Everyone we encountered was friendly and we never felt ignored or pushed. Even this review was unsolicited, as I had to ask how I could leave a review because I was so impressed.
