Everytime I visit, there seems to be a mishap with services. Yesterday, Jan 22 I came in for oil change, tire rotation, and vehicle inspection. I forewarned my service advisor that my oil light and ti services. Yesterday, Jan 22 I came in for oil change, tire rotation, and vehicle inspection. I forewarned my service advisor that my oil light and tire light were both on. After my vehicle was serviced, the tire light remained on. I went back inside. I was told, "Oh, the servixe tech put air in your tires, drive it, andthe light will reset itself." Uh, 110 miles later the light remains on. The visit prior to this I had to return the same day b/c they forgot to reset the oil light. Had to wait an addt'l 25 minutes. I am over this location! I just left TiresPlus, they reset the light for me. Smh..... More
