This dealership was dishonest. I drove 2.5 hours to purchase a car. Yes this review mean that my vehicle buying did not happen. They made up a lie about my credit it was totally I drove 2.5 hours to purchase a car. Yes this review mean that my vehicle buying did not happen. Rilyn/ kinsley Lanison I purchased a car from this dealership on 03/15/23 and today (03/31/23 )the check engine light came on with a code of P0300 indicating that two or more cylinders are e from this dealership on 03/15/23 and today (03/31/23 )the check engine light came on with a code of P0300 indicating that two or more cylinders are experiencing misfires. I called and spoke to the Manager Marcus Bryant and he states it is an "as is" sale, taking no responsibility for a sale made less than 15 days ago. During the entire purchasing process I was reassured over and over that the car was in excellent condition and passed all inspections. They made me feel confident that I could trust them by giving me the KBB specs, however I brought home a car that, 15 days later, is already having trouble . I was told to "just use my warranty" when I haven't even had the car a month. If I wanted to buy a LEMON I could have gone to a small town dealership, not HENNESSY MAZDA, a reputable dealership. I used my savings to purchase this car. I am dissatisfied with the quality of service. Now I am faced with unexpected expenses at an amount I do not know. I don't believe this company has any integrity, just out to make a quick buck. More

This dealership lured me in with the assumption that my car was ready to pick up after keeping it for 21 days and still didn't fix the problem. After I paid for the service of replacing my radio ($2389.00) car was ready to pick up after keeping it for 21 days and still didn't fix the problem. After I paid for the service of replacing my radio ($2389.00) I get my car and only one speaker was working. Then I was told that I couldn't get my money back and I could take the car and bring it back for them to finish fixing it. This was a shock to me that the dealership would do this. No loaner car was available for me the best they say they can do would be to uber me home and uber me back down to the dealership whenever my car was complete. For a simple radio! Do not trust this place if you want good work and honesty. I am very dissatisfied with them! More
I cannot list the numerous issues I have experienced and am still experiencing with this dealership. I have left 3 messages for the general manager and still no response. Very disappointed with the work done on my vehicle. $5,000 spent on the transmission 5 months ago now it is slipping again with a blinking engine light. Now I will be out of a vehicle for a week or tw $5,000 spent on the transmission 5 months ago now it is slipping again with a blinking engine light. Now I will be out of a vehicle for a week or two. Also had an issue with the truck starting. The dealership had it for 8 days. Spent $180 on a diagnostic and 1 day later the car barely started. Went to O'Reily's replaced the battery and there were no more problems until this transmission issue. Also no loaner car available so now more money will be spent on Uber rides. SMH! I will say the service advisors were nice but the work on my vehicle was not good at all. More
