Smoothest Purchase Ever Having recently had an unpleasant visit to a Chevrolet dealership in South Austin (one in which I left feeling as though they didn’t particularly want Having recently had an unpleasant visit to a Chevrolet dealership in South Austin (one in which I left feeling as though they didn’t particularly want to sell me a truck), I was apprehensive about continuing my search for a new Chevy Silverado. Late one Friday evening a few weeks later, I decided to spend a little time on Henna Chevrolet’s website. After combing through their inventory using a few different search filters, I came across a feature entitled “Create Your Deal.” I chose a Silverado 1500 that interested me, submitted some of my information and quickly received an email welcoming me to the dealership along with a statement of goals from Levi Durst, the Internet Sales and Leasing Manager at Henna. Saturday morning I received a phone call from Mr. Durst asking if I thought I’d have time to swing by and look over the vehicle I had researched. We chose a time and he let me know he’d have the truck waiting for me out front. My daughter and I arrived in the late afternoon and by close of business that day she and I were driving back south (past the previously mentioned dealership) in my brand-new truck. Upon first starting the buying process with Mr. Durst, he stated his goal was to make my Henna Chevrolet buying experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
