Had oil change and went back because I had oil leaking and Henna said I would have to bring it back in two weeks. Took it back and Henna was telling me all the costs it would be and my husband told me no and Henna said I would have to bring it back in two weeks. Took it back and Henna was telling me all the costs it would be and my husband told me no and leave. He took it to a local shop and they found the oil filter was put in wrong and they put in another one with no charge. I won’t be back More

The staff was friendly enough but the service was deplorable. Even with a scheduled appointmet and arriving early I wound up waiting for almost 3.5 hours for an oil change. A hundred dollar oil cha deplorable. Even with a scheduled appointmet and arriving early I wound up waiting for almost 3.5 hours for an oil change. A hundred dollar oil change is painful enough but when you throw in how much I make per hour and the lost time during the middle of the day, it becomes a very expesnvie oil change. Every person at the service desk was pretty much indifferent to the situation and had zero sense of urgency. I will not return to Henna. More
