My experience at Henna Chevrolet was great. Tony Elfrez, was my salesman and he is a man of his words. He was very caring and considerate with all of my concerns. I give it a 3 only because of the salesman. I will not give his name as I spoke with Finance manager who stated he would discuss with sales manager. I came here to buy a 2010 Subaru Outback. The salesman was just not a very good at communicating. Had I not already had experience buying vehicles I would have walked out the door. Since I knew what I wanted, already had my finance in order and how to go about getting it all done it made it better. Mike in finance was also easy to speak with. Also another plus is the service manager Frank. The Outback needed a radio and he was always keeping me informed and status as to completion so I could pick up. He had to put a new AMP in it to make it work properly. He did this to keep the dealerships word that they would fix the radio. I know this was more than they wanted to spend but he did it to make it Right. Not many places do this anymore. I greatly appreciate it. More

Brought my truck in just before going out of warranty to get a loose headliner fixed. My service advisor Randall asked if there was anything else he could help me with. I mentioned that I was having shift get a loose headliner fixed. My service advisor Randall asked if there was anything else he could help me with. I mentioned that I was having shifting issue with the transmission, he said they would take a look at it. Randall was great at keeping me up to date with where they were at with my truck from getting into the shop, diagnosing it and ordering parts. Randall and his shop foreman went above and beyond with the factory to get them to authorize replacing the transmission. Well I got a new transmission. Thanks Randall I would highly recommend Randall for all your repair needs. More
