Henna Chevrolet appeared to be a good, reputable dealership during my initial search. They were offering a great deal on the car I wanted. Unfortunately, since buying my car from them in September o dealership during my initial search. They were offering a great deal on the car I wanted. Unfortunately, since buying my car from them in September of 2019, I still have not received an accessory that was promised to me in writing at the sale. My salesperson, Josh Huss, explained to me that Henna would keep a "We Owe" document on file because the negotiated accessory (a sunshade) was out of stock at the time. He even showed me the document at his desk at Henna Chevrolet. This seemed reasonable, but over a year later, having called and reached out to the dealership several times, I still have not seen my sunshade. Needless to say, as a first time car buyer, I do feel cheated and taken advantage of. I would not recommend Henna Chevrolet to any car buyer, unless you are prepared to accept your transaction "as is." More

Had some service done on my car last week. Mark Wilson and the crew in service were great. Had an engine light on and while disappointed it was not under warranty ( a rodent chewed the wiring harness )the and the crew in service were great. Had an engine light on and while disappointed it was not under warranty ( a rodent chewed the wiring harness )they took care of it in orderly fashion and didn't gouge me for additional labor time. The rodent and I have since parted ways but I will be back to Henna for other service items to be taken care of. More
