As is usually the case at Henna Service Department, Mark Poth and team went above and beyond to get my truck fixed in a timely manner. I called Mark late one afternoon to describe problem. He was pretty sure he knew what was wrong, but would need to confirm and check on parts availabilty. He called me the next morning to tell me parts were available bring the truck and they would get right on it, which they did. Truck was fixed by the next morning and I picked it up app. 24 hours after dropping it off. Kudos to the Henna Service Department. More

Eddie Wallace and his gang of idiots are a joke. They destroyed one of my rims and changed my oil with an oil leak to follow on my C8 Vette. I sent paid invoices to Eddie totaling $637.21 for reimbu They destroyed one of my rims and changed my oil with an oil leak to follow on my C8 Vette. I sent paid invoices to Eddie totaling $637.21 for reimbursement for power coating the replacement rim, deposit lost with powder coating company because the replacement rim was not the rim on the car, and the oil change at Capital Chevrolet performed . Don't be tricked by their smoke and mirrors sideshow. More

My car, a new Suburban 2023 under warranty, was kept for over 10 days due to brake pad issues, and no loaner vehicle was provided. Despite multiple visits (a total of 5), the problem persists, and the reasons remain unknown according to the service team. The constant date changes only added to the frustration. This has been a deeply disappointing ordeal. More

I went to Henna today trying to sell my car, with high expectations, since they claim on their ad they will give you $500 more than Carmax! WHAT A LIE THAT IS! First of all you need to have the 2 keys or expectations, since they claim on their ad they will give you $500 more than Carmax! WHAT A LIE THAT IS! First of all you need to have the 2 keys or else they drop their offer to $200 and you better be willing to wait 6 weeks to get paid, since they will not pay you until they get all the "paperwork" done. It's obvious that they will try to sell the car before paying you, because NOBODY does that! I obviously left and went back to Carmax!! More
