When you pass by Henkel and thinking of buying a car save yourself the headache and go elsewhere because honesty, respect, and customer satisfaction is not priority. I have had the worst experience with these people. From Logan the salesman, to Clayton Hurley, and to Todd the manager. I have been treated like an unwanted animal instead of an eager customer ready to drive off into the sunset with their new vehicle. Nothing but problems and inconveniences have come about my dealings with Henkel auto group. I was told my car was a good car, drove it home, and it broke down immediately. When I spoke to them they knew the problem before it was told to them. They fixed it and even that was pulling teeth from a rabid bear. Three days later another problem appeared this time the bill was higher I was ignored email blocked Clayton the customer service said he would call me back in a couple hours but no go. Todd the manager called to speak excuses nothing about solutions and taking care of their customer just basically blaming me for problems they missed. I called their service center to obtain records for my vehicle they said they had none and they probably took it to a local muffler shop wow these are words from their own guy who Todd lied and said he serviced it. I am out a car, more money than I can afford, and I have all the invoices. They are ignoring me but I am a problem that won’t go away. These people did not have a buy as is or used car sticker on the car. I was misled and taken advantage throughout this entire ordeal. They gave me fake emails and blocked me as well. These people are treating me like all the work I put in everyday just to make it like everyone else does not matter. If you had a great experience my friends God bless you and I wish Henkel no ill will just that they do right by me. But I will never recommend this place, I will bring this to the proper state departments, and I am seeking legal counsel.
