I did call back and ended up speaking to another sales person at the dealership - just due to circumstances and not purposefully - and that was NOT a good experience. HOWEVER - Robert and his Director Kevin took steps to support me, rectify my experience, and ultimately win my business. I'm more than happy with my experience with Robert, Kevin, and Hendrick overall. I certainly plan to do business with them again in the future. More
