Took my Camry in yesterday to have damaged passenger side mirror evaluated. Alyssa Pope was the first person to assist me in the service department. She was extremely professional and friendly. William Sykes was the service advisor who then came to assess the mirror damage. Within minutes, he gave me the cost of a new mirror with the good news it could be in the next morning. I contacted William by cell this morning and he answered right away to confirm the mirror was there. After arriving in the service center, he immediately came out and took care of getting the repair done! He went above and beyond with me! I just purchased the car in March and this was my first time using the dealership for service. I was impressed! More
