Employee Melisa Hatcher is amazing! We were trying to get a car inspected before it was going on a 15 hour trek to college. We were a day too early for the state inspection. Melisa suggested that we come back the following day and she would take care of us quickly! And quickly, she did! It was so busy but she recognized us from the day before and checked us in. It was less than an hour before she was calling to let us know the car was ready to go! She handled our situation with a sense of urgency which I appreciated. She bent over backwards and went above and beyond! As a member of management of a large retailer, I know how fantastic it is to have an employee that shines like she does! Hendrick Toyota is lucky to have Melisa! I also would like to give a shout out to Service Advisor Alyssa. She too was compassionate and has helped us get children off to college. What a great team!
