I have always had excellent service at Hendrix Toyota I made an appointment for a regular tune up yesterday. Before we had a chance to sit in the waiting area , Mr Bruce Winoker greeted us and asked if we were aware my lease was over in a few months. Mr. Willie Jackson walked up to us and between the two of them they explained what our options were and what was in stock. I really had not planned of leasing a vehicle yesterday but they made the experience as painless as possible. I would definitely recommend these two gentlemen to anyone looking to purchase any Toyota vehicle. More

A good experience I had a nice experience, and believe I was treated somewhat fairly. My only issue is with the way they read my credit report. Mysteriously, the report I had a nice experience, and believe I was treated somewhat fairly. My only issue is with the way they read my credit report. Mysteriously, the report they ran was somehow 30 points lower than my actual score, and therefore, my interest and final price of the car, payments, was higher than what I would’ve liked. I also found out after the fact that my Credit was pulled by at least 6 different financial institutions. I will somehow have to try and figure out how to get that off of my credit report because the more inquiries, the lower your score becomes. More
