Twice I went for service at 7 am - told service not needed Even though electronics said I did and sticker on window said I did. I wasted my time at the crack of Dawn twice for their mistake. They’re clueless … often there’s 6 people standing a round doing nothing but you still have to Wait for someone to come help you. More

I was looking for a vehicle and reached out to this dealership regarding one of the cars on their lot. I ended up going with another dealership. They kept calling me. Each time I explained the above and to please take me off of their list. The third person to call me I again explained the above. She preceeded to tell me that they have never called me. When she herself had called me at least three times prior. Continued to argue with me, called me names and hung up on me. I can't believe an establishment that deals with such large purchases would allow such a person to conduct business like this.
