Charlie Kaplan met me not long after I pulled into the service bay got me situated and then proceeded to take care of my servicing quickly and thoroughly. He actually save me from doing a procedure. The waiting area of Hendrick Toyota of Wilmington is very comfortable and I can always find a place to do some work or just relax.
