Left work on Friday to discover my tire was completely flat. I called Toyota Roadside and they quickly sent over someone to change it to the spare for me. 1st thing Saturday morning I pulled in to Toyota’ flat. I called Toyota Roadside and they quickly sent over someone to change it to the spare for me. 1st thing Saturday morning I pulled in to Toyota’s Service department. Daniel Bergeron quickly greeted me and took care of my car. He was very attentive and personable. He was very thorough. I was concerned not only about the tire but all the system warnings that were flashing. I’ve only had the car a few months and my last car was very old with nothing computerized, so all the alerts were disconcerting. He not only listened to my concerns but explained everything and had me back on the road in less than an hour with my mind at ease. We talked about our dogs while he finished my paperwork and check out. I’m glad I have his card now, because when it’s time to service my car he will be the one I call. More
