George did a great job. I took my Rav4 hybrid in for service and tire rotation, and, for the second time, asked them to check the hybrid batteries. The EV mode was not working- it had been like this since roughly September I had taken my car to Hendrick for my last service (in October) they checked it and said it was fine. Since that time, it hasn't worked at all! At this last call, I was also advised that my vehicle was out of warranty (just over the 1 year mark) and was charged for the oil change & tire rotation. After this service call, the hybrid did not come on at all, AND I got a card in the mail from Toyota indicating that I still had a free oil change and a few tire rotations left on my account at Toyota, to please come back! George took the time to find out that I had not used all of the factory credits on my oil changes, AND he had the mechanic check the hybrid batteries. Come to find out, the hybrid does not work when the temperature is below 68 degrees!!! Who knew! Instead of just telling me that it was fine, he took the time to explain WHY it wasn't working and show me where the info was referenced in my manual. If the guy last time had done that, I wouldn't have wasted my time or theirs worrying about it and thinking that Hendrick just didn't care about my vehicle or my business. Thanks George!
