Stay away from Hendrick Toyota of North Charleston Do not go here. They do all they can to make you a customer and then once you become one they don’t do anything to help you after. They come off as dishonest and continually give you a run around when trying to get answers to your questions. They promise you a whole lot and then try to sneak in extra costs hoping you don’t catch them and then they play “dumb” when you call them out on it. Worst car buying experience ever. If you’re a Toyota fan like me, take your business to Fred Anderson Toyota in Charleston instead. They offer a much more pleasant and honest car buying experience. More

During my visit, I did talk to Patrick, and decided to leave. I was happy working with Will, but Patrick stepped in and was pushy and off-putting. I wouldn’t want to deal with him again. I did keep in touch with Will, who I gladly decided to buy from, and I would happily buy from again in the future. More
