She was so helpful & patient with me while I navigated the process of choosing & financing my first brand new vehicle. She sat with me & explained the features the car had, & was so welcoming to any future inquiries or questions I may have after driving off the lot in my new Corolla. Patrick Coleman was especially wonderful as well! Very personable & friendly—even recommending good places to eat downtown(I’m somewhat new to the area) and sharing a bit about himself & his personal life. Such a genuine vibe & willingness to help in all aspects from everyone I interacted with there; so friendly and welcoming! After interacting with the staff at Hendrick Toyota I felt more at ease and comfortable trusting that these are good people who really care about their customers! Blake Hubbard was incredibly patient and informative in explaining all of the paperwork, terms, and warranties.. he gladly sat down, days after I purchased the vehicle, to go over some questions I had until I felt comfortable and informed about all the decisions and questions I had. Not your typical salesman I spent a lot of time and research looking for the right vehicle. I've visited multiple dealerships . This dealership was very different from day on I spent a lot of time and research looking for the right vehicle. I've visited multiple dealerships . This dealership was very different from day one then your typical dealerships. Normally , I felt like fish in a shark tank with aggressive salesmen. But, Will Smith was very personable and listened to me in regards to what I was looking for. He didn't pressure me at all, and never tried to sell me something outside of my budget. I am so grateful for all the time and energy Will spent with me. He was very patient with me Over the few months we interacted in trying to find the perfect fit for me and my family. On the night of the purchase, he even stayed well past the time he was scheduled to get off, to ensure my comfort and satisfaction with my new purchase. Both the salesman Will Smith and the manager Mike Seng went above and beyond their normal duties on my behalf. Even the finance gentleman Michael Donoghue made the checkout process simple and efficient. I highly recommend doing business with them! Mr. Bagwell is always friendly and courteous, and he makes sure that he keeps you informed of the progress of your specific repair.
