My recent search for a car found that the stereotype of the "used car salesm The car buying experience at Hendrick Toyota exceeded my expectations. My recent search for a car found that the stereotype of the "used car salesman" is alive and well. Most everyone I talked with wouldn't answer my questions directly and continuously came across as though they were setting up an angle to sell me something I didn't want. On top of that, they rarely stood by their original word on price or condition of the car. The constant salesman approach introduces trust issues. It makes you wonder what someone is trying to get over on you so that they can make more money and it wastes your time. That's where Danny Marflake at Hendrick Toyota came in. Danny directly answered the questions I asked the first time I asked them and he only included additional information where it was truly useful to my search and in line with what I stated I wanted. I felt like I was having conversations with him rather than listening to sales pitches. And in the end he gave me the exact price he originally quoted me on the exact car I was looking for. All in all, it was a car buying experience which was as easy as one could hope for such a thing to be. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hendrick Toyota, and specifically Danny, to anyone interested in buying a car. More
