It was another relaxing experience. I was informed continuously during the service appointment. The waiting area is relaxing along with a delicious food service area. Horrible Service Inquired about the sales price of a car online and was notified I would have to stop by the dealership to get the price since it was at another Hendri Inquired about the sales price of a car online and was notified I would have to stop by the dealership to get the price since it was at another Hendrick dealership. I stopped by and was notified that they couldn't get the price on a Saturday. The sales manager told me that he would not contact the other dealership on a Saturday because they were too busy. I asked if there was a similar vehicle at another Hendrick dealership in Charleston and was told "I'm not going to do your shopping for you" and "why would I send yo to another dealership". Horrible customer service and insulting. I have bought five cars from Rick Hendrick and I will never buy another one. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! More
Best salesperson/experience ever! Lindsay is the best! My vehicle was scheduled to come in on the 20th, she kept her eyes peeled for it all day as well as assisted her customers. Super Service Took my 2003 Tundra in for a noise in the front end. I was told it had bad lower ball joints which could be dangerous. They replaced them and I also had them do an oil change. The work was done efficiently and It is a great relief knowing that my truck is safe to operate. I only take my truck to Hendrick Toyota and I enjoy working with Andrew Bagwell. He always advises and get's the job done! More
The ideal Car-buying experience When I arrived at Hendrick Toyota, I knew exactly what type of truck I wanted. I didn’t need to be sold on a Tundra. As soon as I parked my car, Linds When I arrived at Hendrick Toyota, I knew exactly what type of truck I wanted. I didn’t need to be sold on a Tundra. As soon as I parked my car, Lindsay Pushic greeted me with a huge smile and warm welcome. I told her exactly what I was looking for and we immediately headed over to the trucks. She went over all the details of the vehicle in a thorough, but quick manner. I noticed early on that although she was doing a lot of the talking while I was checking out the truck, she took note of everything I said and was able to quickly answer any questions I had and even mentioned a few things I hadn’t thought of. When we got back to the lot, we went inside to begin the negotiations- everybody’s least favorite part of buying a new car. But this deal went down as smoothly as any I’ve ever made. It was clear both parties wanted to make the deal and they didn’t drag it out. I named my price point, and it didn’t take them long at all to get close enough for an agreement to be reached. There was a short wait for the truck to gets its going-home bath and for the paperwork to be completed. In the little time I had to wait, I explored the dealership a bit and found it very comfortable and convenient. They even have Starbucks! That’ll come in handy during my service appointments! I hate to ever think of a day without my new Tundra. This is my fourth Tundra, and without a doubt, my favorite. But if I ever do need a new vehicle, Lindsay will be the first person I call and Hendrick Toyota of North Charleston will be the first place I start my search. More

Dealership needs to have a speedier process to get customers into finance. Ridiculous how long we had to wait! Dealership needs to ensure enough staff to prep vehicles for delivery at purchase/lease. Again, a long wait to get out of dealership after papers signed. Shelly was great. She explained the delays, and helped get the car ready. Dealership should provide enough support so sales arent left to say sorry to customers that are ready to go home... THANK YOU SHELLY! More
