No response was given after a month of trying to talk to someone about all of the problems with my NEW vehicle. When Vicky Schumacher finally called me (after ignoring 5 emails and text messages), she was rude, sarcastic, and condescending. What a horrible way to treat a loyal customer. Pathetic. More
Stress Free Purchase This past week I bought my third car from Hendrick Toyota and although I bought my first two just because I am a Toyota fan between that experience an This past week I bought my third car from Hendrick Toyota and although I bought my first two just because I am a Toyota fan between that experience and this weeks experience I felt compelled to right a review which is very rare for me. In my first experience about two years ago my sales person was Blake and he did a great job so when it came time to buy again I reached out to Blake to find that he has been promoted to Finance which I am sure is well deserved. I did have two small interactions over the past year and was helped by Eric Muddiman so in the computer I was marked as a past client of Eric and I was transferred to him. My first interaction with Eric was about a year ago and it was his exceptional service with another client that allowed us to meet the first time. I own an automotive repair shop, about 25 minutes from their dealership, and Eric was selling a used car to a client who wanted him to have the vehicle inspected by me. Eric, on his own time, brought the vehicle to me to inspect and at the time I could tell he was different then a “car salesman” you could tell he was doing whatever he could to take care of his customer. So, when it came time for me to buy again and I was connected with him I couldn’t have been more comfortable. Knowing that Eric was going to take care of me in the sale process and Blake in the buying process I felt very good that this would be a smooth transaction. So much so that when the exact vehicle I wanted was not on their lot and difficult for them to get even though I knew the exact truck I wanted was at their competitor I wasn’t going anywhere. I knew this is where I wanted to buy and continue my service relationship and I knew if I gave them a few days they would come up with the perfect truck and they did. Patrick and the management team did a great job finding the car and getting it delivered in a very timely manner and the truck is perfect. Although, the entire team was great Eric was exceptional. He made himself available in times I knew he was not at work. He rearranged his personal schedule on a few occasions to accommodate mine. He is truly there to serve customers and not sell cars. Selling cars just happens to be the way he gets paid but he is not there for a one time sale clearly he is there to build relationships and establish lifetime customers. This is very refreshing in business world that seems customer service is no longer important and especially in an industry that has a reputation of creating a buying experience that is stressful to customers. These guys really know what they are doing. Not one time did I feel pressured or stressed. Thanks to the entire Hendrick team especially Patrick, Blake and of course Eric. If your going there take the time to request Eric Muddiman you will not regret it! Thanks for the awesome truck and see you on the next one! More
Good customer service skills Andrew was professional. I came in wanting a 30,000 service schedule done excluding oil ,tire rotation, and filter changes. I have a cold air intake and replaced oil and cabin air filter recently. I was concerned about tire pressure light on truck not going off. I bought new tires and rims recently. I do not have the oe sensors and did not know that you have to register them in the ecu I also don't know the numbers on the sensors. I wish I would have known you had to do this but place where I bought products from did not inform me. Andrew was polite and told me to get with rim manufacturer about issue. I tried to get issue with tpms resolved with the other manufacturer but it was like talking to a brick wall. You guys are good. I will continue to bring vehicle back for future service. I guess I will have to ride around with a tpms light constantly on. More

Incredible customer service!! So my wife and I had been having a very rough time seeing as how we had lost the car we owned. We were on the market looking for a new (used) car and So my wife and I had been having a very rough time seeing as how we had lost the car we owned. We were on the market looking for a new (used) car and came across Hendrick Toyota because the deal on the car we liked was out of this world. Lucky, we also got some of the best customer service I’ve ever gotten for anything. They really made sure to be thorough, and kind while providing us with the best options financially and making sure we left with nothing less than what we were happy with. Needless to say, the car is fantastic and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you guys for putting us back on the road again!!! More
Above and Beyond Kody hit another one out of the ball park. Several months ago I told him that I needed new tires for my wife’s 2009 Avalon. After checking the tread, Kody hit another one out of the ball park. Several months ago I told him that I needed new tires for my wife’s 2009 Avalon. After checking the tread, he suggested waiting until April for the next tire sales event-buy three get one free. I took his advice. I emailed him the first week in April the tire size and asked for a quote, which I promptly received. The price was great and included the usual road hazard and fee rotations. I had him order the tires and told that I would either come in the following Monday or Thursday. He sent me a confirmation. I arrived at the dealship around 0830 and learned that Kody was off. No problem. Andrew stepped in and took great care of me; I’ve worked with him before. He did so even after informing him that Kody already set things up. He confirmed the pricing and recommended an alignment since the last one was in 2016. It was a smart recommendation so ordered that also. A little after noon, Kody called to say the car was ready. I told him I had to pick up my wife and would not be there until 5:30p.m. He said he would be there to take care of me even though it was his day off. That’s pretty amazing customer service by Hendrick’s Toyota. Andrew’s team work by taking care of me first and then passing the job back to Kody, who took time out of his rare off day to come in late and take care of me. Thanks Andrew and Kody. Just for the record, my only affiliation with Hendricks is keeping my old 4-runner and Avalon on the road. More

After getting maintenance done on my 2000 Corolla at the other dealership in town (less than a mile from my house) and speaking with sales people ther After getting maintenance done on my 2000 Corolla at the other dealership in town (less than a mile from my house) and speaking with sales people there, I was not satisfied. I came to Hendrick on a Sunday back in December and was greeted by Eric Muddiman, who was off that day but had come in to meet a client. We test drove a Corolla and a Camry since I wasn’t sure which I preferred. After the test drive and thanks to Eric’s great product knowledge, I decided I wanted the Camry. I told him I wouldn’t be ready to purchase for a few months and he never pressured me to buy that day. He didn’t hound me in the coming days or weeks after the visit either. I visited the lot again browsing the selection in January. Eric was there and told me they didn’t have exactly what I wanted but he’d let me know when they got it in. I got a text from him at the beginning of February letting me know the date my car would arrive on the lot! I had several scheduling conflicts, but Eric never had a problem with rescheduling. The third time was a charm and we just made the final deal on the exact car that I wanted at a price I can’t beat! I’m pretty sure he came in on his day off after I had to reschedule the day before. It was Sunday so the detail guy wasn’t there. He detailed my car himself! Eric was transparent, honest, and genuine throughout the entire process. I couldn’t recommend a better salesman (also a great guy) and will be back in July when my friend, who was with me through the process, purchases a RAV4! Blake in the finance department was also great and very professional. Patrick was a pleasure to work with. A+ all around. More
