Our experience with the sales re I've already written a review on this dealership but I guess DealerRater didn't want to post it so I will try again. Our experience with the sales rep was very good. After that, not so much. Employees were more focused on telling us to make sure we give them a 10 score in the post survey than in providing a 10 customer experience. Dealer initiated post sale communications (phone calls, texts, email) were reminders to give 10's on the survey. Our post sale questions, phone messages, emails went unanswered right up to the General Manager. Buyer Beware. More
Terrible experience I started having my car serviced here in 2008. They were good for a while. Around 2014 I started feeling as if I wasn’t a valued customer. On 4/26/18 I started having my car serviced here in 2008. They were good for a while. Around 2014 I started feeling as if I wasn’t a valued customer. On 4/26/18 I spoke to their salesman Danny Marflake. I brought 20% down payment and picked out a car. He told me he’s get back to me. He emailed me once a day for 4 days saying “still waiting for finance department to get back to me, this is out of my hands”. I offered to come to the dealership again and asked to look at a Prius that I’d seen online. Danny Marflake told me it was in fact still available but discouraged me from coming to look at it as he said he wouldn’t want me to “get my heart set on it. I couldn’t understand why they didn’t want my business. So, On 4/28/18 I took my down payment to Fred Anderson Toyota and within a few hours was driving away in my brand new 2018 Toyota. I told them of my experience at Hendrick Toyota and they were baffled. I’m baffled as well. Hendrick has a record of all of my service visits for more than 12 years, yet they apparently are not interested in selling cars. Once when I was getting my car serviced there I saw 6 car salesman standing IN FRONT of the dealership smoking cigarettes. So unprofessional. More
Great bunch down there Hendrick Toyota I leased a 2018 Camry LE this past weekend and could not be more satisfied with my deal. The staff at Hendrick worked with me to get what I wanted. Jennie Zehr was my sales associate and Robbie Powell the sales manager. They both are good people. I had to wait for the car that I wanted and during that time I had a family crisis and had to travel to Alabama. I contacted Robbie before renting a car for the trip to see if my car may have possibly arrived early. Robbie offered me a loaner car at no cost due to my situation. That is what I call customer appreciation. Hard to find these days. I also want to mention Will Smith who handled my financing. You guys are doing a great job and I will definitely recommend folks I know buy a Toyota from you. Thank you so much! More
