Bob Bayruns, our sales consultant at Hendrick Toyota of North Charleston, was hands down the best I have ever worked with. He was pleasant but more importantly he was very knowledgeable and direct. We wanted a hybrid that was tough to get; in fact we reluctantly chose a model that wasn’t even built yet. He walked us through the process in January from pre-build to delivery. Other dealerships couldn’t or wouldn’t commit to a firm delivery date other than “we’ll get it here in a couple months with a non-refundable deposit” Bob and Hendrick Toyota said delivery would be the week of March 17th-22nd; our SUV arrived early on March 16th.
