Not the best. Not the worst. The overall experience was good. The only complaint I have, is that when I pulled up for my 5pm appointment, the man outside did not greet me. Brought my truck in for normal service and was lied to The service department folks are great at trying to rip you off. I took my 2010 Tundra in for service on the ball joints and was told I needed struts, The service department folks are great at trying to rip you off. I took my 2010 Tundra in for service on the ball joints and was told I needed struts, and had a bad cam shaft seal. All total they tried to stick me for over 3500 dollars. I promptly took my vehicle to Fred Anderson where I was told none of that was the case. Beware people. More
