RATING...SALES WAS GREAT. BUSINESS OFFICE WAS POOR. DANNY MARFLAKE WAS VERY GOOD TAKING CARE OF THE SALES PORTION. HE ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS, RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY AND WAS VERY HELPFUL I WOULD RECO DANNY MARFLAKE WAS VERY GOOD TAKING CARE OF THE SALES PORTION. HE ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS, RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY AND WAS VERY HELPFUL I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM AS A SALESMAN.. HOWEVER, JORDAN (DONT KNOW LAST NAME) IN THE BUSINESS OFFICE TURNED A SIMPLE CASH TRANSACTION (NO LOAN) INTO A COMPLICATED ORDEAL. HE WAS MORE INTERESTED IN SELLING EXTENDED WARRANY, ETC. HE ASKED MORE THAN ONCE FOR US TO FINANCE (WE WERE PAYING CASH). ALSO, HE HAS US SIGN DOCUMENTS THAT WERE RELATED TO A BANK LOAN WITH A LIEN ATTACHED. HE TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF TO GO THRU THE PAPERWORK. IT SHOULD HAVE TAKEN APPROX. 30 MINUTES (AT THE MOST). JORDAN ALSO SPOKE IN A NEGATIVE WAY ABOUT OUR CHOICE OF A CAR WHICH WAS A 2018 KIA OPTIMA SXL. HE STATED THAT THE ENGINE/TRANSMISSION WAS GOOD AND THAT THE OTHER AREAS OF THE CAR WERE NOT GOOD. More

Jordan is not ready for the position he has My husband traded his automatic corolla for a manual and he drove off the lot with it 6 days ago. Yet Jordan has already had us come back in the office multiple times to sign papers he forgot. As well as calling my husband for references. These things should of been taken care of before my husband left. I think he needs a bit more training before he is able to do this on his own. More

MECHANIC BLEW MY ENGINE Worst car service experience EVER!! I had them change the oil on my 2009 camry in September and i ran out of oil on the interstate which caused my eng Worst car service experience EVER!! I had them change the oil on my 2009 camry in September and i ran out of oil on the interstate which caused my engine to blow. This almost caused an auto accident which could've resulted in death or serious injuries. They did the service on 9/8/18 and i ran completely out of oil on 10/12/18. My next scheduled oil change was at 197k and my car had less than 195k miles. Chad Hoover is the perfect example of HORRIBLE customer service. Instead of owning up to the mistake they made during the oil change, he said the oil pan and gasket was the problem due to oil pressure building up. I had the oil pan and gasket installed in March. I HAD MY OIL CHANGE IN SEPTEMBER! If the oil pan and gasket was the problem, my engine would've blown long before I had my oil changed in September. Once I brought up the fact that I had it installed since March, Chad Hoover decides to change the story and says my car is burning oil fast because it's at 200,000 miles. That's a bunch of crap. The mechanics destroyed my engine and they refuse to own up to their mistake. Camrys are built to last and unfortunately the service team at Toyota ruined my engine. The service manager Chad Hoover was extremely rude and this is such a bad way to represent Toyota. I shouldn't have to pay for any damages Toyota caused to my vehicle. This is a disgrace and a sorry excuse for customer service. Please help me reslove this problem I'm very disappointed in a company I trusted 100% with my car...which is now ruined due to a mechanic's failure. I NEED A NEW ENGINE INSTALLE More
