We wanted a hybrid that was tough to get; in fact we reluctantly chose a model that wasn’t even built yet. He walked us through the process in January from pre-build to delivery. Other dealerships couldn’t or wouldn’t commit to a firm delivery date other than “we’ll get it here in a couple months with a non-refundable deposit” Bob and Hendrick Toyota said delivery would be the week of March 17th-22nd; our SUV arrived early on March 16th. Wow! Thank you Bob, and I hope to buy another vehicle from you in the future. More
