Brought my 2014 Toyota Highlander in for 120,000 mile service. Made appointment and car was ready in under 2 hours, while I waited. Great free coffee machine. My service rep, Jac, was very customer-centric and welcoming. I have been bringing my Highlander here for 4 years for routine maintenance and will continue to do so.
