Bought a new Tacoma from Nick, Clay and Patrick. The problem is they sold me a truck with 250 miles on it and 4 large dings and paint chips. The truck was covered in scratches and they never bothere The problem is they sold me a truck with 250 miles on it and 4 large dings and paint chips. The truck was covered in scratches and they never bothered to buff it. The truck was transported from another store and they never made it known to me before signing the paper work of any of this damage. So once I took delivery and saw all the issues Patrick gave me the run around for a month and half telling me “we ll even swap you out for a similar Tacoma” I had to keep calling multiple times a week and every time Patrick seemed bothered I was calling, and each time he would tell me he’d call me back and figure this out. I’ve never received a call back and on top of that last time we spoke he said “well it won’t be an even trade, it’ll be a higher payment” why do you have managers telling customers you’ll make it right just to appease a customer then ghost them? Absolutely unprofessional and wish I could give this place -5/5. I’ve been in the car business all my life and I have never seen a more slimy, greedy and horrible customer service from a dealer. I had 3 more deals lined up I was willing to give this store but they showed to be untrustworthy and unreliable. I will never service with them. Patrick should be ashamed of how he does business, Mr. Hendrick should clean house and get an entirely new staff. More
