I’ve been in contact with this location since December. First started with Eli and I was looking for a Tundra CrewMax Limited in Blueprint. When I had a conversation with Eli, I had a trade in and accordin First started with Eli and I was looking for a Tundra CrewMax Limited in Blueprint. When I had a conversation with Eli, I had a trade in and according to him, they had some issues with phone values/appraisals. I made the appointment to go in the next day for the appraisal as they had the truck I wanted. Went in, got the appraisal and he then said the Tundra was now sold. Then had the nerve to say he had a Mesquite Brown coming in. Um… no. I contacted them back in January and ended up with David as Eli was let go. No surprise there. Kept in contact with David to see if there were any at ideas coming in. Because it was such a difficulty finding the truck I wanted, I switched to the Highlander. Found a Limited Hybrid Hylander in Blueprint. David was very short and often made me feel as if my time wasn’t valued. However, he also made promises and concessions that didn’t happen. I have a text message saying my payments were approved to be in the $690s. He also showed me the payment map with the different payments per terms. Because the payments were supposed to be in the 690s, I put the down payment. My car was supposed to come in within 12 days. It took close to 24 days. Not to mention the very day it came in, oops there were issues with the payment terms and price. When my husband and I went in, a new manager, Tony, came to let us know he wasn’t sure what the previous manager did as he was getting bits and pieces. Now, Tony did the best that he could and to be honest a lot more personable than David. He was also able to give me an amazing interest rate but that doesn’t negate the fact that my payment is $100 more than what was advised. Finally seeing my car, there is this plug that no one has a clue where it goes. It doesn’t have floor mats which wasn’t advised to me. I didn’t realize it didn’t have floor mats until the next morning. Instead of Toyota fixing it, David stated “was it on the sticker”? What car comes without floor mats?? And the plug still isn’t fixed. I have it, but no clue where it goes. Not to mention this half square cut out of my passenger side floor. Any clue what that is?? David also had better things to do than go over the car. “It’s late”. I wouldn’t recommend them for any of my family or friends given how we were treated. More
