I am terribly sorry you had a negative experience in our service department. I have been told that both our Service Manager Robbie Cortis, and our General Manager Paul Whatley, both have contacted you to discuss your concerns more thoroughly. I do hope they were able to restore some faith, if not in our dealership, at least in the Toyota franchise as a whole. Doing a little investigative work of my own, it seems Toyota of Orangeburg initially provided our service department with inaccurate information regarding the installation of your Sequoia's DVD player. In all fairness, Toyota of Orangeburg did contact us immediately the following day with updated information regarding this accessory. Unfortunately, by this time we had already relayed warranty details to you based on the inaccurate information we had initially received. That being said, the fact of the matter is you left our dealership dissatisfied. At the very least, I hope you can take away that our entire team is truly apologetic for this breakdown in communication and are still open and willing to assist you with the continued service of your vehicles. The Sequoia is in my wife's name, Allison Bullock and my father is William Bullock. My fathers purchase was in January or February, he bought an 08 Tundra. I am sorry to sound so harsh in the previous message, but this has been going on for a year and we also had two really bad experiences with your service department, on our first 5k oil change we came back home with a leak and was called to come pick it up and it was still leaking, then on the third attempt after keeping it overnight it had stopped, so they gave us a free oil change for the 10k service and something else happened(we don't know what) and it took us 2 and a half hours to get our oil changed. We had a great sales experience, but the after sale experience has been a nightmare. Thanks, Ben

Hi Ben, I was able to pull up all your information and the referral was clearly outlined in our notes. Though the employees you worked with initialngly are no longer with us, there is no excuse why your parents were not sent a check back in 2008. When you get a chance, please verify your parent's mailing address and I will have this check sent out ASAP. As for your experience in service, again the staff you initially worked with are no longer at our dealership. Notes at the time of your first two services showed first the leak, then the culprit: a missing dipstick o-ring which was replaced. What took so long at the time of that visit may remain a mystery. I see you have brought the Sequoia in recently and worked with Robbie Cortis. He is actually the service manager an is excellent at his job. Should you continue to bring your vehicle to us, I have no doubt you will be in good hands with Robbie. Just shoot me your parents' address when you get a minute and that check will be in the mail.
