When we began to get serious about a vehicle, Joe introduced us to Ron Hannon who previously sold me a vehicle almost 19 years ago. Ron immediately called me by name (how can this be after 19 years??) and told me how good it was to see me again. Ron even remembered the vehicle he sold me. We worked with Ron to find a price that we both thought was fair. Ron was very patient and kind throughout and I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a vehicle. His customer service ability is extraordinary, and I have never met another car salesman with his talents. Though another car dealership thought they might be able to beat his price, I decided that I would be better served by dealing with Ron. I purchased the vehicle today and am very happy with the entire experience. I found Joe Kiel to be very helpful and would also highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.
