This dealership was awesome. Charlene was absolutely amazing. She made the whole experience wonderful. We were doing 2 transactions at one time and didn’t spend any time here. I Charlene was absolutely amazing. She made the whole experience wonderful. We were doing 2 transactions at one time and didn’t spend any time here. I have never been to a dealership and got a car let alone 2 in the amount of time they got us in and out. & they were able to get us our cars in way less time than expected! Everybody here was awesome! But I would definitely go back to see Charlene again if I were to get another car🙂 More
Frustrating interaction trying to replace a True Start battery for my wife's 2009 Prius. Battery first needed replacing in December 2021...good battery life. Walked in to service dept. at that time and they gladly sold me a battery without needing to see my car. I walked away quite satisfied, and everything was fine until that True Start died in 2023. Couldn't jump it, a friend in the industry did battery diagnostics and determined it had a bad cell and needed to be replaced. I took the battery and test results to the parts department, where a gentleman kindly told me he had to route me through service to get a replacement. After an unintended detour at the service counter, I met a service manager, Chad, who told me, clearly irritated, that the warrantied battery could not be replaced unless it was attached to the Prius it lived in, meaning that if I wanted a covered battery replacement, I'd have to get my Prius towed 15 miles to the dealership. No trouble shooting, no alternatives, nothing but the sense I was making his day longer. Hard to believe...but maybe it shouldn't be. Maybe his hands were tied by Toyota policy, but he clearly could have delivered the news with less disdain. More
