A dealership service can't be trusted! I brought my car for service; the wait was very long. The service adviser recommended me to purchase all 4 tires since the tires are on-sale this mo I brought my car for service; the wait was very long. The service adviser recommended me to purchase all 4 tires since the tires are on-sale this month and also offered a deal for tire alignment. I purchased the tires and took the alignment deal. I paid and left without reviewing the service summary. Later I found my tires weren't fully aligned, I emailed service adviser to ask the question, but no responses. I went to the dealership after work, the service director told me I only paid half of alignment price, a half of tires were aligned. What kind of leadership is in this dealership! Not honesty, can't be trusted! More
