Richard answered every question, assisted in any technical details, and provided follow-up after sale service. She answered all my questions about the car I wanted and we completed the purchase. Curt Hood in the finance dept. was great as he suggested an option for financing that was better than my bank had suggested. This is the only dealership I had visited where they offered for free the 3 month, 3000 miles warranty on the car I purchased, even though it was a 2011 model. Usually, you have to hope that the car won't have a large repair as soon as you drive it away. Very happy - will suggest this dealership to anyone I know. More

Perfect Timing and Professional Sales Associate I was in the market for a new (to me) truck after the floods here in Charleston totaled my vehicle. Good sale, Lied to during finance So we bought a used 2008 Prius from this dealership in May of 2015. Scheduled an "appointment" for a Saturday as we were driving down from Columbia, S So we bought a used 2008 Prius from this dealership in May of 2015. Scheduled an "appointment" for a Saturday as we were driving down from Columbia, SC and I know that is the busiest time for most dealers. When we got to the dealership, no one was ready for us, or had any idea about the appointment. Sales process was ok, but took around 5 hours to complete. Our salesman Ferrel was very helpful, and apologized for the long wait multiple times. Our biggest issue with the purchase is with the Finance Officer AG. He was happy to add on a Oil Change agreement for $200 that would take care of the next 3 years of oil changes for no charge. We asked multiple times how we would use that living in Columbia and were assured that we could take it to the shop of our choice and it would be covered. Now it is time for our first oil change and surprise, we would have to drive down to Charleston for it to be covered. I am in amazement at the lack of ethics shown by AG to even suggest a product that we would not be able to use living 2 hours away. Do to the lack of honesty and integrity shown in our transaction from the non-existent appointment to the shady add on, I would not recommend this dealership going forward. I am thankful that Ferrel did his best to help our transaction. More

Not so good. Everything was fine until it was time for them to give me my check for my trade in. Promised it would be next day when it took 8 days. Excellent customer service from every area of the dealership ecently purchased a 2015 Camry SE. However, I consider my purchase to be special because I was trading my 2007 FJ Cruiser in because I an getting ol ecently purchased a 2015 Camry SE. However, I consider my purchase to be special because I was trading my 2007 FJ Cruiser in because I an getting older and my body does not want to cooperate with allowing me to enter and exit the FJ gracefully. So I went to Hendricks, ask for an appraisal on the FJ and some advice on what vehicle would be best for me. There was no pressure for me to make a deal that day, as a matter of fact, I waited almost a week and a half to go back. Well when I did return, the customer service picked right up where it left off. Rob Brown was the sales person assign to me by Earl Newell. the Sales Manager who originally talked with me. This was by far the best selling process I have ever experienced. Everything was top notched. I really didn't expect less because I have been getting my FJ serviced at Hendricks since I arrive in Goose Creek in 2011. Now I can attest to both the service and sales staff. Hendricks should have an award for best professionalism, sales process, and courtesy you received from their entire staff. I was definitely satisfied with the service I receved. More
