Richard Smith made sure to show me the features and was very professional. He also seemed very engaged and HONEST, which is something I look for when car shopping. He made sure to answer all of my questions which led to me choosing the Corolla. It's nice to deal with salesmen who arent overly pushy when it comes to the customers. Thanks to Richard and Hennes Hunt (finance) I was in and out of there in about 30 minutes or less. Hennes Hunt in the finance dept was also very professional and friendly.
