Best Dealership Maintenance Experience EVER!!! My experience today at Hendrick Toyota in North Charleston, SC was absolutely top notch service. The service representative, Buckley Fulghum, was polite, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle needs were taken care of. The service technician discovered an issue I didn't take the vehicle in for, but suspected it was an issue, and was very thankful and relieved that he discovered the issue (which I took care of today, saving me a lot of money and time/grief) to avoid a breakdown in the future. Since this additional maintenance was expected to take all day, Buckley Fulghum, the service representative, respectful of my time, offered me a complementary loaner vehicle for the day, which I happily accepted. In summary, this has hands down been the greatest vehicle maintenance experience I have ever had and will recommend everyone I know to send their business to Hendrick Toyota in North Charleston. More

The girl with the white Lexus ;) Omgggg he is so awesome!! He explained everything that was wrong with my Lexus!! He even dumbed it down becuase I don't know anything about cars lol. He is SO kind, caring, friendly and funny! He checked on me while I was in the waiting area to make sure I was doing alright, and to let me know about how much longer the wait would be. I would TOTALLY recommend him to anybody! Next time, when I come in to get my car worked on (hopefully just for an oil change and nothing crazy) I'm scheduling my appointment with Jeff :) 10000 out of 10 rating!! More
