Super Service Took my 2003 Tundra in for a noise in the front end. I was told it had bad lower ball joints which could be dangerous. The ideal Car-buying experience When I arrived at Hendrick Toyota, I knew exactly what type of truck I wanted. I didn’t need to be sold on a Tundra. As soon as I parked my car, Linds When I arrived at Hendrick Toyota, I knew exactly what type of truck I wanted. I didn’t need to be sold on a Tundra. As soon as I parked my car, Lindsay Pushic greeted me with a huge smile and warm welcome. I told her exactly what I was looking for and we immediately headed over to the trucks. She went over all the details of the vehicle in a thorough, but quick manner. I noticed early on that although she was doing a lot of the talking while I was checking out the truck, she took note of everything I said and was able to quickly answer any questions I had and even mentioned a few things I hadn’t thought of. When we got back to the lot, we went inside to begin the negotiations- everybody’s least favorite part of buying a new car. But this deal went down as smoothly as any I’ve ever made. It was clear both parties wanted to make the deal and they didn’t drag it out. I named my price point, and it didn’t take them long at all to get close enough for an agreement to be reached. There was a short wait for the truck to gets its going-home bath and for the paperwork to be completed. In the little time I had to wait, I explored the dealership a bit and found it very comfortable and convenient. They even have Starbucks! That’ll come in handy during my service appointments! I hate to ever think of a day without my new Tundra. This is my fourth Tundra, and without a doubt, my favorite. But if I ever do need a new vehicle, Lindsay will be the first person I call and Hendrick Toyota of North Charleston will be the first place I start my search. More

Again, a long wait to get out of dealership after papers signed. Shelly was great. She explained the delays, and helped get the car ready. Will definitely be back. Long story short, I had been looking for a mid sized pickup, preferably 5-speed. Seems like every time I found one someone else snatched it up before Long story short, I had been looking for a mid sized pickup, preferably 5-speed. Seems like every time I found one someone else snatched it up before I could even look at it. Found a beautifu Tacoma that was just listed. We couldn’t find it on the lot anywhere when we went to go look at it, and just when we were about to give up, Lindsay came out of no where. For most sales people, I would just roll my eyes and just kind of ignore them and say we’re just looking. But it’s somethjng about her bubbly and welcoming personality that made me think other wise. She was able to find the truck for us. It wasn’t available to be unlocked or test drive just yet as it was just traded in and didn’t go through inspection yet. After getting to know each other for a little bit over the next 30 minutes or so I gave her some info and she said she would call me back with more details the next day. Around 10/11 am or so, she tells me it’s been through inspection and passed all their safety standards, and they would detail it and have it ready for a ride. Showed up after work, hopped in, and loved it ever since!!! Long story short, if your looking to avoid the classic sales pitches, and want someone to help you find what you want, Lindsay is the one!
