Purchased a new Sienna. My wife and I purchased a new Sienna from Rick Hendrick. When we were doing final paperwork with Brandon Bailey we were informed that someone in their My wife and I purchased a new Sienna from Rick Hendrick. When we were doing final paperwork with Brandon Bailey we were informed that someone in their service department had lost the second key. We were assured they would be able to locate it. After a couple of days of trying to get this minor issue settled, Brandon informed us that they can't find the key. This information was given to us after the first week after purchasing the van. During the second week Brandon informed us that they were going to have to order another key for the van. So, now there is a second key floating around out there that may be used at some point without our consent. Now we are into the second week and still no key. On the weekend Brandon called me to say that the parts department had gotten a key in that they could program to my van. Arrived Wednesday (today) at dealership as per Brandon's instructions and met with the service writer Brandon had told me to ask for. Unfortunately Brian Shelton had no clue I was coming in so I was sent to talk to another service writer. At that point I was informed it was going to take an hour or more to program my key. I asked that they make this a priority as I have already been patient for two+ weeks. So here I sit in the lobby waiting. I have a second review for financing as well. At the beginning my wife and I were very impressed with this dealership. As of this review and the lack of communication with Curt Hood in finance we are extremely disappointed. This site will not be my only site to post my review on. I am also posting to social media as well. Please do not waste my time asking me to call someone. If your dealership is truly interested in resolving these issues, you have my number on file. Bruce Leymeister Update: Madison was able to get right to my van and program the fob. As I was leaving I thanked him for making it a priority. He accepted my thanks and informed me to not lose the key as its expensive. I reminded him that as well, since it was informed to me that the service department was the ones that had lost the other one. He said no, it was sales....I tried the fob out before leaving and all buttons worked. When I arrived home I was showing my wife the fob and realized that the key hadn't been cut! Messaged Brandon about this problem. Update: I have just received a call from Brandon and the dealership is sending a locksmith out to my home to laser cut the new key. Updating my previous ratings. However still not happy with Curt Hood in finance. Update: Spoke with Mr. Joel Smith, he will be handling directly. Update: Locksmith arrived and we now have our second key. More
Quality for Cheap Purchased my Camry from here in March of 2013 and absolutely love it BUT I've been dealing with squeaking breaks for the whole time! Every time I took Purchased my Camry from here in March of 2013 and absolutely love it BUT I've been dealing with squeaking breaks for the whole time! Every time I took it in they would say it's just rust it'll be gone soon but it never went away. The only way to fix it was to get new brakes BUT the brakes were not worn yet. After speaking with Andrew Bagwell he gave me a rough estimate on when the brakes might need to be done and checked them out for me with no complaints after I opted to wait to get them done. In return, I called him specifically when it was time to get them done. I just got the brakes done a few days ago and they are great! No more embarrassing squeak! I'm a happy customer. And the best part? It was significantly cheaper than I expected!!! More
