I had actually gone to the dealership just to look at cars, and they offered me such a good deal I ended up buying one. Probably the best experience buying a car that I have ever had. I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership in September 2010. It was the single worst car buying experience of my life. The problems included the vehicle not being delivered in the condition that was promised, sleight of hand regarding extended warranty coverage, and downright unprofessional behavior by one of the managers (Mr. Caminiti). I do not feel that I received a good value for my money and will most certainly not purchase another vehicle from this dealership. More
Mr Fidelis and Mr Sommer were great. Mr Fidelis has the greatest personality of a saleman that I have ever seen. He was wonderful. Mr Sommer was straight up with the numbers and pulled no punches. I don't like people lying to me to sell something, and I do not believe either one of them did that. Anytime someone mentions about possibily going for a Toyota, I would definately recopmmand Gene Reed Toyota, but I would also tell them to ask specifically for Mr Fidelis for the saleman and Mr Sommer for the sales manager. I came to purchase a vehicle. Lloyd was very friendly and worked with me. I looked at several different models- Lloyd actually listened to what I wanted and would always have a suggestion on a model or type. worked with me. I was unsure and he would reassure me- He gave me answers when I asked questions. He was very patient with me. I have the car I wanted and love it. Richard Sommer, Sales Manager, was very helpful and worked hard to make the deal on my trade-in and the price of my new car- Tony Wagner, Business Manager was very nice and made me feel comfortable. Thanks Gene Reed Toyota--I recommend this dealership and have already to several of my clients. More

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my dealings with Gary in finance. Overall I am happy with the vehicle I purchased, and the sales staff- internet and used cars- were great. However, once we began dealing with Gary things went poorly. We have waited for one month to get the info on tagging the car to only find out half of it is wrong and my wife can't tag the car until I come home from Iraq in 2 months. Here we have a new ride that has to sit in our driveway for 2MONTHS!!!! all because Gary in the finance department has mess everything up and we have had to redue paperwork, and my wife has even called to talk to other people to try to get things done right. This has been nothing but a mess and I would never go back. More
My husband and I purchased a new 2010 Avalon Limited in December. Before purchasing it we asked twice if the Avalon would be coming out with major changes any time soon...this is our 3rd Avalon and if the December. On both occasions we were told that there were no major changes coming anytime soon. As we drove our new Avalon we noticed that a 'film' would build up on the inside of the windows. When we had our first oil change we asked about this and were told it was because of the way the leather is treated on the vehicle and that it would go away. Needless to say that hasn't happened even after the inside has been thoroughly cleaned numerous times. In an effort to get an answer to our problem I went to Toyota.com to see if anybody else had this problem and I found nothing related to that, but was shocked to find out that Toyota was releasing the 2011 Avalons with major changes. Being the child of a father that owned a car dealership I know that at the end of December they knew that the 2011's were to be released soon and we were lied to not just once, but twice! I have talked to numerous people at Gene Reed and been told that they would "make it right", but all they want to do is sell us a knew car at huge cost to us. Thus we are stuck with a vehicle that needs the windows cleaned on the inside at least once every 10 days to 2 weeks, which shouldn't be the case for a car that cost what it did, and on top of that we have lost big time trade in value all because of a salesman who wanted to make a sale in December rather than be upfront and honest with us. Gene Reed has lost what could have been a loyal customer. Not only that, but this will very possibly be our last Toyota...how sad!!!! The team from Gene Reed toyota has been in touch with us and have been friendly and supportive in our conversations since the first post. They seem to be working hard to help remedy this situation and we appreciate that. We are optimistic that we will find a resolution and have a happy end to this soon. We agree that Armor-All and other similar products are not good for the interior of a car and have NEVER been used in this vehicle since we purchased it! More

Looking for a vehicle can be a hard and lengthy process, but Mr. Halls made this experience a great one. He was very professional throughout our search.
