Thanks for your initial review and for your update! Honest and open feedback really is the best way to improve our business and we appreciate that you have reached out. We're continuing to work diligently to resolve the concerns you have addressed and will be contacting you personally with updates. Though we are still working to discover the source of the window film you mentioned, it may be worth noting to others reading along that some car detailing products from leather treatments to window and dashboard cleaners can evaporate and cause similar fogging on the interior windows. A defogger like Rain-X is recommended, though under normal circumstances the fog should go away on its own. Thanks again for contacting us and for your patience! - Ryan Bolz
