Hi there, I'm terribly sorry you had a negative experience at our dealership. Our general asking price for all vehicles can be found online and this should have been provided to you upon asking. Additionally, all deals do have to go through a sales manager, and our increased traffic over the holidays presented some unforeseen issues. I have brought this up with our General Manager and we have decided that additional training is required for all sales associates to ensure such instances do not occur in the future. Your experience will be initially brought up in our next dealership meeting to all staff and mandatory training will begin by the end of the month. Furthermore, we now have our sales team leaders involve themselves sooner in the sales process to expedite your visit and ensure your needs are being met promptly. Hi Amy, I am terribly sorry you feel you had a negative experience at our dealership. I have tried to contact you privately but have been unable to reach you. After a little investigative work, our records show a maintenance order to repair minor wear and tear scratches on the trunk, front driver fender, passenger door and handle, as well as a full detail request with no Armorall applied to the dash or tires. This was completed on December 8, 2008 - your first visit back to our dealership after purchasing your used vehicle - and I have confirmed all work was completed as specified by both our service manager and the individual technichian who worked on your car. We unfortunately have received no additional mention of any issues following that initial service, but are always more than happy to re-inspect the work completed to ensure it meets our standards as well as your own. As for your concerns regarding your downpayment, it is my understanding our finance department went to great lengths to meet your budget and reach a satisfactory closing date for processing your purchase. We do understand that sometimes financing can be tight - both from personal experience and within our dealership as a whole. That is why we attempt to help where we can, and offered to assist you with your overdraft charges. In any case, all departments have been informed of your concerns and your review has definately been heard. We will be working even harder now to ensure proper dialogue and communication is open and available to all our customers. If there is anything more I can help you with, please let me know.
