Service department lacks customer service. I had an 11 appointment. I arrived five minutes early. I waited by my vehicle in the service bay 13 minutes until the first service department cus I had an 11 appointment. I arrived five minutes early. I waited by my vehicle in the service bay 13 minutes until the first service department customer service representative spoke to me, when I first took my vehicle to this location for the exact service, it took an hour. Chris Pugh was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. He listened to our needs and wants and didn't pressure us when we weren't finding something we loved. He did not give up though. Charlene Mickel met us outside the dealership while my wife and I were looking for Camrys on the lot. We were mainly just looking and didn't see anything we liked. She convinced us to come inside and found a camry hybrid in color we wanted. Charlene worked with us to get the car we wanted at price I was happy with. She kept us informed on the progress of the delivery and helped us after the sale pairing our phones and familiarizing us with features of our new Camry. She was very friendly and patient with two senior citizens not familiar with the electronics and technology of new automobiles, Charlene is definitely an asset to the dealership.
