He was very helpful in going over new features in our Prius and set up our cell phones for hands free use in our new car. We found out about the sell price of our new Prius via the internet and received a very fair price for our trade in. We did not buy the extended warranty on this car because the Prius we traded in had 131,000 with no repairs to date. More

Starting a slow decline in customer service on service side The past 3 years I have bought and brought my vehicles here. Past 3 time for oils change have been brutal. Average wait is 2 hrs. I know I was early but 2 hrs for a oil change and to even get someone to acknowledge that I am here was hard. 10 minute before some asked if I was being helped. Io will no longer do business here. I drive from John's island why? I can get the same level of care in west Ashley and save time. More
