Buying a car is usually one of the most stressful experiences, but it's been refreshingly painless at Gene Reed's Toyota. She worked out a favorable price. That, coupled with their good inventory, made us make the journey down to Charleston. As we got down there later than we anticipated, she gave our file to Toby Guarino who greeted us by name when we pulled up. That blew me away!..how'd he know it was us? We did have a chance to meet Dana before her shift was over and although I was apprehensive dealing with someone else, it was a pleasure working with Toby. By the next 4 hours, we felt that Toby was family. Charles was great as well and gave a a great price on our trade in. The last stop was with finance and although his name escapes me now (it was after 10 at that point) and the drive down and decisions on which car to get.. and which to trade in, was hitting us, the finance officer was very professional, and explained things in detail.
