Just a name and a number I appreciate people that write reviews, but I typically do not. I purchased a used Toyota 4 Runner on Aug. 3, 2017. The sales and service at the tim I appreciate people that write reviews, but I typically do not. I purchased a used Toyota 4 Runner on Aug. 3, 2017. The sales and service at the time of purchase was great. I was happy with the sale and I love my 4 Runner. No complaints. However, it is Oct. 6, 2017 and I still have not received my vehicle registration. I was simply transferring a tag from the car that I traded in, so I'm not even applying for a new tag. Although not receiving my vehicle registration is obviously a problem that needs to be resolved, my real frustration is that no one as Hendrick has stepped in to help me resolve the issue. I have called multiple times, for the better part of a month and talked to multiple different people. Each time the person that I spoken to tells me they will check into it and get back with me, but no one ever does. I realize Hendrick sells a lot of cars and processes a lot of paperwork. I'm sure 99% of the paperwork goes through with out a hitch. However in my case it hasn't and no one at Hendrick seems to care! It may even be an issue at the DMV, but I don't know that because no one at Hendrick will give me any information. So I was an "important" customer when they were trying to make a sale, but after the fact I'm just a name and number in their computer system. That's disappointing to say the least. More

Over a month and still no license plate Mother in law purchased a brand new car from them over a month ago. Still waiting for the license plate and registration. Left a voicemail for her but still haven't heard back from her or anyone else at Hendrick. So as of now the car just sit in the driveway because it doesn't have a license plate. My mother main transportation for work is her car and now it is affecting her work schedule. She doesn't have a car to commute in. Now she is stuck with car payments but can't use her car. I will filed a complaint with the BBB and demand Hendrick to fix this situation. DONT BUY HERE. GO ELSEWHERE. This was only one of the long list of issues we had with Hendrick. More
