Toyota of North Charleston is the WORST dealership I have EVER done business with. Rick Hendrick should never ever have another dealership. This dealer gives Toyota a bad name! I was pushed into a car that did not suit the needs of my family. The salesman LOST the registration to my trade-in. In the following weeks I had to make 3 additional trips to the dealer to complete paperwork that should had be completed the first time. A month later my husband was told by the service department that there was nothing wrong with our brand new tires just to discover that there was a problem that could have had disastrous effects if put on the highway. I have 3 small children and that does not work for me. He didn't even apologize about his mistake. Against better judgment my husband traded-in his BMW 6 weeks ago for a Honda Civic that continues to slip out of 3rd gear. At the time of the trade my husband informed the salesman that both of our names were on the BMW. Salesman then informed him that my signature was not needed and everything would be fine. I receive a call 6 weeks later from the title clerk just to be told that I need to come to the dealership and sign paperwork. I will NOT continue to deal with incompetence. More

Mr. Engler was friendly from the moment he said hello. I explained to him what I as looking for and he gave me quite possibly the most honest feedback I could have ever expected from a sales person.
