I was told the coupons could not be used because they apply to a VIN# for a vehicle I don't own. The dealership would not transfer them to my vehicle. Christien waived the charge for my tire rotation service as a consideration for the coupon transfer denial. I'm disappointed by the dealer's careless and useless approach to promote service sales.
