Helpful and straightforward overall. Frankly I was talking to two different dealers, and my dealings with the internet sales team at Hendrick was by far more pleasant than my dealings with the other m talking to two different dealers, and my dealings with the internet sales team at Hendrick was by far more pleasant than my dealings with the other merchant. This was our second buying experience, although our first since the dealership went under the Hendrick group. We are always treated fairly, never pressured, and always get offered discounts on future service visits. We returned last night with financing in hand to look at pre owned Camry's. While test-driving the base model pre-owned, we were offered the chance to look at a brand new and assured the prices were comparable. We bought a brand new 2012 Camry for only a few thousand dollars more than the pre-owned and it had more of the features that were really important to us. We were never pressured, just given information and the opportunity to thoroughly look over the inventory. We will return again and again for service and our vehicle purchases. There is simply no reason to exhaust ourselves anywhere else. More
In july I bought a 2009 Honda Civic Si 4dr sedan. The salesman was excellent and the buying process went well. No complaints there. However when I drove the car home for the first time it had trouble going into 4th gear and when I was admiring my "new" car To my dismay I noticed both fog light lenses were cracked. So the next day I took the car back. What upsets me and the reason for the "2" overall rating is the fact that during the buying process I was told "the car went through a rigorous 140(?) point inspection" but somehow they missed a bad tranny and broken fog lights. I know I shouldn't have "trusted" the dealer but in dealing with a "big" name dealer we all tend to feel more secure in the quality of what we purchase. So thats my complaint and I didn't get my car back for 2 weeks. To the dealers credit they did fix all that was wrong with the car(though I had to "twist their arm" about the fog lights)without any added cost to me. But my point is they shouldn't have had to........ Failure on the part of the service dept. to properly inspect a used vehicle intended for sale! More
I have a Toyota Avalon that I have always had serviced at this Toyota. I bought tires less than a year ago that had a warranty. We were offered a great price on a 2011 model, but decided to hold off and check our other options. At the time we were considering several brands to include Toyota. We ultimately dealt with several dealerships to include at least 4 Toyota dealers. We returned to Greg Damewood even though Toyota Scion of North Charleston is not the closest Toyota dealer to us because of how we were treated, and their willingness to work to get us to a price we could afford. After Greg helped us select the 2012 model we wanted we met with Greg's manager, Keith Miller. Keith offered us the best price out of all the dealerships. Steve Meuli helped us finish the paperwork and secure financing on acceptable terms. Greg then took the time to provide me instruction on how to operate the options and audio system. I can't say enough good things about how we were treated by Greg, Keith, and Steve during the process. Everyone was super nice, very knowledgeable, and professional. Greg Damewood by far was the best salesman we dealt with at all of the dealers. Greg also let us know that the sale did not end there, that he was available if we ever had any questions or any issues. He called us a few days later to check on how the car was doing. If you are in the market for a new Toyota or Scion, or a good used car, I would recommend going to Toyota Scion of North Charleston, and dealing with Greg, Keith, and Steve. They not only treated us the best, they also gave us the best price. I will be bringing my car back to them for all our service needs because of our experience there. More

Roomy, comfortable, with Quality food. I am retired, and have bought lots of cars. I had a fantastic experience at Rick Hendrick Toyota. I immediately felt very welcomed, and felt as though I could trust the people who worked there. Brandon was very helpful and patient with me, even tho immediately felt very welcomed, and felt as though I could trust the people who worked there.
